Easy Batch Rename V1.0.0 is a batch file renaming software for Windows that helps you rename multiple files in the same folder quickly, accurately, and safely.
The software provides an intuitive interface that allows users to load file lists, preview renaming results, execute batch renaming, save operation history, and restore original names when needed.
Easy Batch Rename is suitable for various needs such as:

Drag and drop folders or files directly into the software window.
After loading, the software automatically scans all files in the folder, sorts them by name, and displays the list for preview preparation.

Safe Renaming Mechanism
To avoid name conflicts when renaming multiple files simultaneously, the software does not rename directly from the old name to the new name.
The process is carried out in two steps:
Rename the file to an intermediate name.
Rename from the intermediate name to the final name.
This mechanism helps minimize name duplication errors during processing.
Additionally, the software automatically skips:
Files with invalid names.
Files with duplicate names.
Files that may overwrite other files.
Logging and Restoration
After each rename operation, the software automatically creates a log file (CSV) in the format:
log\rename_yyyyMMdd_HHmmss.csv
Information saved includes:
Working folder.
Original file path.
File path after renaming.
Processing status.
When needed, simply click Restore, select the corresponding log file, and the software will automatically restore all original file names.
This is one of the most important features, helping you easily undo after batch renaming.
Software Interface
The interface is scientifically arranged with clear functional areas:
Folder – Select and load working folder.
Configuration – Set mode and renaming parameters.
Preview – Preview old and new name lists.
Log – Display notifications, progress, and operation history.
Status Bar – Display the current status of the software.
In addition to the main window, the software integrates a WebMasterVN Software window to display notifications, usage instructions, or new content from the WebMasterVN system. In case of no Internet connection, the window automatically displays backup content.
